Feet
Description
The articulated feet are available in different
styles. Their main purpose is to provide a solid ground base to
the conveyor. All of them, except for the casters, provide the vertical
adjustment needed to level the conveyor properly.
Ground base
Has a 304 stainless steel 5/8-11 threaded bolt, which is used to
adjust the height of the conveyor. The base swivels and is made
of reinforced polyamide.
Ground base options include:
• Ground base without lag holes.
• Ground base without lag holes with vibration pad.
• Ground base with lag holes.
• Ground base with lag holes and vibration pad.
• Pull out resistant ground base without lag holes.
• Pull out resistant ground base without lag holes with vibration
pad.
• Pull out resistant ground base with lag holes.
• Pull out resistant ground base with lag holes and vibration
pad.
Use the vibration pad to reduce vibration transmitted
to and from the conveyor. Use the lag holes option to anchor the
conveyor to the floor. The pull out resistant option prevents the
floor pad from being released from the leveling screw.
All of them require a threaded tube insert.
Threaded tube insert
Used to connect the ground base with the beam support leg. The threaded
tube insert comes with
a 5/8-11 threaded brass insert and it is made of reinforced polyamide.
Bullet foot
Made of stainless steel, it does not require any insert for installation.
Used in sanitary installations.
Caster with brake
The caster can swivel and it has a brake lock that simultaneously
locks the wheel and the swivel. The wheel provided is phenolic and
has a 4” diameter. These casters are installed in the support
leg using a rubber expansion kit, which is provided with the caster.
Casters options include:
• Stainless steel 304: Corrosion resistant, excellent for washdown
applications.
• Zinc plated.

Ordering information
1. The threaded tube end and the feet are
sold separately.
2. The casters and bullet feet do not use any additional insert
for installation.
3. Two conveyor support feets are required per support leg.
